Nghe An Department of Education and Training rectifies the work of fostering professional titles

In order for the training and fostering of teachers in the province to be effective, practical and of high quality; to avoid unnecessary anxiety for teachers and at the same time not to affect the activities of educational institutions, the Department of Education and Training has just issued a document requesting the Departments of Education and Training and educational institutions to orient and develop plans for teacher training and implement them in accordance with the regulations.

In particular, while waiting for the Ministry of Education and Training to provide detailed instructions on the implementation of the above circulars and for units to review and develop training plans for their teachers, the Department recommends that teachers not attend professional title training courses. When there are instructions from the Ministry of Education and Training, the Department of Education and Training will provide specific instructions on implementation.

At the same time, it is strictly forbidden for individuals and organizations without the function or authority to arbitrarily advertise enrollment or organize teachers to register for training courses, affecting the educational activities of educational institutions.

On the part of the Department of Education and Training, educational institutions are not allowed to coordinate with training institutions to implement training on CDNNGV standards in Nghe An province without the opinion of the Department.Department of Education and Training.

CDNNGV standard training certificates will be invalid if issued by establishments that do not have the functions, tasks, are not assigned training tasks, or do not ensure that the training organization complies with the program prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

This is the second time the Department of Education and Training has issued a document on this issue. Previously, on February 24, the Department also issued a document recommending that teachers not participate in online training courses because the units are not qualified and do not have the training function to avoid unnecessary waste for teachers./.
