The Department of Education and Training coordinated with the Provincial Police to inspect the preparation for the high school graduation exam.

Previously, to prepare for the 2023 high school graduation exam, from June 20 to June 23, the Department of Education and Training established 4 inspection teams to inspect the preparation for the high school graduation exam at units where candidates registered to take the exam and at locations of the examination sites under the Examination Council of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training. The inspection carried out the tasks specified in Circular No. 23/2016/TT - BGDĐT on the organization and inspection of exams and other regulations on inspection and examination of the 2023 high school graduation exam.

At the Nghi Loc 5 High School exam site, Mr. Dang Van Ky - Principal of the school said that the site has completed cross-checking and promptly corrected technical errors to complete 321 application files for candidates. The school has also completed review work, organized 5 mock exams and encouraged students to try to participate in many mock exams on LMS.

The coordination with the District Examination Steering Committee has also been completed, well-prepared facilities for 15 examination rooms. Hygiene, drinking water, and electric fans for students are guaranteed. The work of preserving the examination room is prepared according to regulations.

The school has also developed a backup plan, especially for candidates who live far away and in hot weather conditions. To avoid heatstroke, the school reminds students to arrive early at the exam site and buy enough medicine, sugar, and milk to ensure their health.

At Nghi Loc 2 High School, there were 369 candidates and 16 exam rooms. According to the school's report, after receiving the official dispatch from the department, the school established an internal inspection team, fully prepared the facilities, and held a meeting to implement the exam regulations.

The school is continuing to review the 12th grade exam for students and fully communicating the exam regulations to candidates. In addition, the school is developing backup plans, preparing generators in case of power outages, and arranging accommodation for invigilators who come from far away to perform their duties.

High school graduation examIn 2023, the Nghi Loc 4 High School exam site had the special feature of having 615 candidates participating, of which 160 candidates came from Nghi Loc District Continuing Education Center.

In the past time, the school has had solutions to strengthen the work of ensuring traffic safety and order, deploying plans to prepare facilities, arrange exam area diagrams, gate systems, solid fences, ensuring exam safety, completely isolated from other areas. Through the inspection of the preparation work, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan - Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training, Head of Inspection Team No. 2 highly appreciated the preparation work of the schools.

However, the inspection team also noted that it is necessary to organize for the invigilators working at the examination sites to seriously study the examination regulations. In addition, the invigilators should be reminded to improve their capacity and responsibility in performing their duties, and to supervise the examination seriously, but not to put pressure on the candidates when taking the test.

At the same time, invigilators are required to remind candidates to follow the regulations and not make regrettable violations such as bringing cell phones into the exam room.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan also reminded the examination rooms to pay attention to the cabinets for storing the exam papers, and to arrange all the conditions for organizing the exam according to the correct standards. At the exam storage locations, it is necessary to check the devices that can receive and transmit signals, and absolutely do not put them in the exam rooms. In addition, pay attention to backup plans to be proactive in the implementation process.
