Samsung officially unveiled the Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13, 2025, with sales starting on May 30. The standard version with 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM is priced at $1,099, while the 512GB version costs $1,219.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra was introduced earlier in January 2025 and is now available on the market. The starting price is $1,299 for the 256GB/12GB RAM version, $1,419 for the 512GB version, and $1,659 for the top-of-the-line 1TB version.
Thus, with the same 256GB configuration, the S25 Ultra is about $200 more expensive than the S25 Edge, but in return, users get more premium features.
