Department of Justice: Giving gifts to policy families on July 27 and legal training in Thanh Chuong

(Baonghean.vn) - On July 19, the Nghe An Department of Justice coordinated with the Youth Union of the Ministry of Justice to organize gift giving to families with meritorious services and poor students who have overcome difficulties on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day and organized legal training and legal aid in Thanh Son commune (Thanh Chuong).

Attending the delegation were comrade Trinh Xuan Tung - Chief of Office of the Ministry of Justice Youth Union, Pham Thanh Chung - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice, representatives of the Ministry's Youth Union, Nghe An Department of Justice, and Thanh Chuong district.

Mr. Pham Thanh Chung - Deputy Director of the Department presented gifts to war invalids and policy families.

Here, comrade Pham Thanh Chung - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice presented 10 gifts to war invalids and martyrs' families in the commune; the Youth Union of the Ministry of Justice presented 01 legal bookcase worth 3 million VND, 10 gifts to poor students overcoming difficulties at primary and secondary schools, 500 notebooks to students of Kim Lam Primary School; the Youth Union of the Department of Justice organized the presentation of 10 pairs of students...

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and presented 5 gifts to war invalids and relatives of families with revolutionary contributions in the commune.

Comrade Trinh Xuan Tung - Vice President of the Ministry of Justice presented a legal bookcase to the representative of Thanh Son Commune People's Committee.

On the same day, the Youth Union of the Department of Justice organized training on legal documents: Civil Code; Law on prevention and control of viral infection causing Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS); Law on Marriage and Family, Law on Road Traffic and regulations on administrative sanctions in the field of road traffic; Law on adoption and settlement of grassroots mediation situations for more than 300 delegates who are officials and people of Thanh Son commune. In the next 2 days (July 20 and 21), the Youth Union of the Ministry and Department will exchange cultural performances on the evening of July 19 with Thanh Son commune and continue the volunteer program in Lang Son commune and Phuc Son commune of Anh Son district.

This is a regular activity of the Nghe An Department of Justice to promote the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", and is part of the 2016 summer volunteer activities of the Youth Union of the Department of Justice and the Ministry of Justice.
