(Baonghean.vn) - A report from the Nghe An Department of Construction said: procedures have been improved and processing time has been shortened in 6 areas; some areas have been reduced by 13 days compared to before.
Specifically: The construction sector has 7 procedures with shortened time, each procedure is reduced from 2-6 days. Particularly, the procedure for appraisal of construction drawing design and project estimate has reduced appraisal time by 8 days, from 40 days to 32 working days for level I projects.

In the field of planning and infrastructure, 12 procedures have been shortened in time, each procedure is reduced by 3-5 days; such as: Procedures for detailed planning of construction of special functional areas are shortened by 10 days; procedures for appraisal of master plan at scale 1/500 (new establishment and adjustment) are reduced by 13 days.
In the field of construction licensing, 14 procedures have been shortened in time, each procedure reduced by 5-15 days; in the field of construction materials, 4 procedures have been shortened in time, each procedure reduced by 2-5 days.
The field of compensation and resettlement support when the state acquires land has 1 procedure with shortened time, reducing 1 day; the field of real estate has 1 procedure with shortened time, reducing 6 days.
