In the first 6 months of 2016, the entire 324th Division strictly maintained the combat readiness regime. It invested more than 1.2 billion VND and nearly 28,000 working days to repair and upgrade 132 training grounds, model teaching aids and organized 32 training and development classes for cadres. Training for the subjects was adequate, the content was correct, and the quality of the subjects was good through testing. 100% of cadre training met the requirements, 83% were good and excellent (an increase of 0.3% compared to the same period in 2015); 100% of non-commissioned officers and professional staff training had good and excellent subjects; 100% of new soldiers training met the requirements, 80% were good and excellent.
