The previous flower seasons attracted so many visitors, and this year's flower season, along with the Sunflower Festival and the Western Spring Festival, has created an indescribable excitement and excitement among visitors from all over.

Travel agencies consider this a rare business opportunity, continuously launching tour packages, routes with attractive accommodation and rest service prices. Sunflower fields continue to attract tourists to visit and admire.

But no matter how “hot” it is in the virtual world, it is impossible to imagine the hustle and bustle of the flower field in real life. At dawn, the Ho Chi Minh road section passing through Nghia Lam commune, Nghia Dan district was already packed with people, all roads leading to the flower field with radiant excitement. Setting foot on Phu Quy land, many tourists could not hide their surprise because in the middle of the harshest basalt land in the Central region, there are nearly 100 hectares of sunflowers, covering the land with a splendid yellow color.

Ly Thi Mai, a third-year student at Thai Nguyen University of Economics and Business Administration, and her best friend, who just arrived in Nghia Dan at 3 a.m. on December 21, said: “To prepare for this trip, we had to arrange our study schedule as well as prepare our budget and find a place to stay before departure. This is the first time we have set foot on such a beautiful flower hill. The feeling of people and nature blending together is wonderful! In addition to the beautiful natural scenery, there are also enough services for photography, food, and accommodation, so the trip is very convenient and safe.”

The radiant joy in the flower field is not only for strangers but also for the locals - who are very familiar with the blooming flower seasons in their homeland. Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Nga, working at the Northwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital, said that she had come here many times during the flower season in 2015, but the feeling of each visit to the flower field was still as bustling and happy. The joy is not only due to the beautiful beauty of nature but also due to the strictness and orderliness of the tourism services here.

She shared: “This year, in addition to the larger flower field area, I see that the organizers have made improvements in environmental sanitation, food stalls are not allowed in the flower field area so there is no more chaos and unhygienic conditions, and the prices of services this year are also much cheaper than last year. Therefore, when introducing friends and colleagues near and far to visit the flower field, I feel very proud.”

In an effort to create a brilliant flower season, bringing complete joy to all visitors, a few months before the flower gate opened, the 1.2 km long road connecting Ho Chi Minh road to the center of the field was doubled to 24m, paved with crushed stone to prevent rain, making it easier for visitors to travel. On this route, there are 30 free drinking water service points, at the same time, TH Food Joint Stock Company also deployed 3 free wifi modem ports arranged along the flower field.

The flower field not only brings joy to tourists, becoming a new tourism symbol for the red land of Nghia Dan in particular and Nghe An in general, but also opens up livelihoods and opportunities for socio-economic development for the people here. Opposite the flower field, which was previously covered with reeds, there are now dozens of large and small business kiosks with a variety of goods to serve the needs of food and entertainment for tourists.

In particular, the booths displaying Western products are located in the flower field to promote to tourists the famous specialties of Western Nghe An such as honey, brocade, molasses, oranges, clean vegetables, etc. Learning from the experience of previous flower seasons, this year, the work of ensuring security, order, and environmental sanitation is highly focused; food and beverage services, photography services, and sightseeing services have developed rapidly but the prices are also very reasonable.
