Apple's wireless headphones have battery problems right after release
Apple's AirPods wireless headphones may be a fun accessory, but like any first-generation product, they're not perfect.

Just about two and a half weeks after the AirPods launched, some users began complaining about battery drain issues with the wireless earbuds' charging case.
Although Apple claims that the case, which also serves as the AirPods' own charger, contains enough charge to provide 24 hours of battery life, users have noticed that the charging case's charge has dropped by up to 40% over that time, even when the AirPods are fully charged and Bluetooth is at a minimum.
Apple is offering free replacements to customers who have experienced the issue. One user said he received a new set of AirPods with a charging case that no longer loses charge overnight.
According to observers, the AirPods charging case battery issue may not be widespread after all, and is likely to affect only an initial batch of the product. However, at this point, it is unclear exactly how many customers are affected or whether the problem will resolve itself over time as charging cycles increase.
So, if you have bought yourself a set of AirPods and find that its charging case suddenly runs out of battery, the optimal solution is to go to the place where you bought the product or an official Apple authorized dealer to replace it.
