Taxi driver stabs colleague to death over passenger dispute
A group of passengers came to ask about the price of the car when a conflict broke out between the two drivers. During the argument, Tran Minh Tai used a knife to stab Le Anh Duc, seriously injuring him and causing his death.
On May 4, information from Gia Nghia City Police (Dak Nong) said that they are coordinating with relevant authorities to examine the scene, investigate, and clarify the cause of the murder that left one person dead.

According to initial information, at around 10:30 a.m. on May 4, two drivers of Viet Duc Transport Service Trading Company Limited (commonly known as Viet Duc Taxi Company, Dak Nong Province), Le Anh Duc (43 years old, residing in Nghia Trung Ward, Gia Nghia City) and Tran Minh Tai (45 years old, residing in Nghia Phu Ward, Gia Nghia City) stopped to pick up passengers in front of the gate of Dak Nong Provincial General Hospital (Nghia Trung Ward, Gia Nghia City).
At this time, a group of passengers came to ask about the price of the car, and a conflict broke out between the two drivers. During the argument, Tran Minh Tai used a knife to stab Le Anh Duc, seriously injuring him.
People took Duc to Dak Nong General Hospital for emergency treatment, but due to severe injuries, the victim died shortly thereafter. After committing the crime, Tai drove his taxi to the police station to surrender.
Authorities are investigating and handling the case according to the law.
