Detained 5 subjects who forced 'debtors' into cars and brutally beat them
After knowing that the "debtor" had fled to Lam Dong province to work, 5 subjects rented a car to capture the person, put him in the car and brutally beat him.
On August 2, Dak G'long District Police (Dak Nong) announced that they had detained Nguyen Dao Tuan (born in 1998), Nguyen Kien Trung (born in 1999), both residing in Dak R'lap District; Nguyen Van Hung (born in 2002), Ton Trong Nghia (born in 2003), both residing in Tuy Duc District, to investigate their behavior.illegal detention

According to the initial investigation results, at noon on July 28, Dak G'long District Police received a report from Mr. PTD (residing in Dak R'lap District) denouncing a group of people who arrested Mr. D. and took him from Lam Dong Province to Dak Nong Province.
When he reached the slope in village 2, Quang Khe commune, Dak G'long district, Mr. D. took advantage of the gap to run away and borrowed a phone from a local to report to the police for rescue. Mr. D. said that while he was running away and calling the police, the subjects continued to chase him with weapons.
Upon receiving the news, the leaders of Dak G'long District Police quickly deployed forces, organized verification, and searched for the group of subjects and Mr. D. to clarify the incident.
After nearly 1 hour of searching, the police discovered and brought the group to headquarters for questioning.
Checking the car that the subjects used to transport Mr. D., the police seized 1 sword, 1 butcher knife, 2 Thai knives, 1 iron rod, and 1 glass bottle used to smoke drugs.
At the police station, the subjects confessed that Mr. D. owed Nguyen Dao Tuan 15 million VND but had not paid despite many requests. Knowing that Mr. D. was working in Di Linh district (Lam Dong), the subjects rented a car and prepared some tools to go to Di Linh district to arrest Mr. D. to collect the debt.
On the morning of July 28, the subjects arrested Mr. D. in village 13 (Hoa Nam, Di Linh, Lam Dong), then put the victim in a car, beat him, threatened him with a knife, and drove Mr. D. to Dak R'lap district.
On the way back, the subjects beat and injured Mr. D. When they reached a slope in village 2, Quang Khe commune, Mr. D. asked to go to the toilet and then ran into the coffee plantation.
