Temporarily detaining a large quantity of banned aquatic veterinary drugs
The Investigation Police Agency of Bac Lieu Province said it had just caught red-handed a large quantity of aquatic veterinary drugs on the list of banned drugs in Vietnam.

Specifically, at 1:00 p.m. on September 15, the authorities inspected truck with license plate 94C-012.45, driven by driver Tran Ngoc Quoc Khanh (25 years old, residing in Bac Lieu City) on National Highway 1, Ward 7, Bac Lieu City, and discovered 150 bottles, 50 cans, 159 packages, and 113 bags containing 13 veterinary medicine products for shrimp farming, manufactured by Minh Quan Company Limited (Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City).
All of these products are on the list of banned products in Vietnam. Continuing to inspect the warehouse of the company in Vinh An hamlet (Vinh Trach commune, Bac Lieu city) owned by Mr. Ngo Tat Hoan (45 years old, residing in Vinh city, Nghe An), the authorities seized 484 packages, 293 cans, 232 bottles and 4 boxes of medicine.
During the inspection, the representative of Minh Quan Company could not present the required documents. The police made a record to temporarily detain the above goods for investigation, clarification and further handling measures.
