(Baonghean.vn)- On April 5, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Tan Ky district coordinated with the People's Committee of Ky Tan commune and Tan Ky town to enforce the judgment against the family of Ms. Ngo Thi Hoa in Hamlet 2, Thanh Tan, Ky Tan commune according to Judgment No. 11/DSPT dated January 28, 2015 of the People's Court of Nghe An province.

According to the judgment No. 11/DSPT of the People's Court of Nghe An province, Ms. Ngo Thi Hoa's family is required to return to Song Con Sugarcane Joint Stock Company an area of ​​3,017 square meters of land belonging to plot No. 2, map sheet No. 2 in block 5, Tan Ky town. At the same time, the constructions built on the land must be demolished.

However, since the verdict came into effect, Ms. Hoa's family has shown disagreement and has appealed to the high court. After many attempts to persuade, Ms. Hoa's family has not voluntarily complied with the demolition. Therefore, on April 5, 2016, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Tan Ky district coordinated with relevant units to forcibly dismantle the constructions on the land, including a flat-roofed house with an area of ​​19.34 square meters, a concrete road, a stone embankment and a volume of leveled soil of over 4,800 cubic meters...

The enforcement was carried out in accordance with legal procedures and the authorities handed over the assets to Song Con Sugarcane Joint Stock Company in accordance with the judgment No. 11/DSPT dated January 28, 2015 of the People's Court of Nghe An province./.
