Tan Ky opens Thai language class

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 9, the Tan Ky District Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center held the opening ceremony of the 41st Thai ethnic language and writing class for civil servants and public employees in the district.

This Thai ethnic language and writing class in Tan Ky is held for 03 months with 45 students participating. Students will learn and practice listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Thai.

At the end of the course, the school will conduct a test to issue certificates to qualified students, ensuring that after the course, students can listen, speak, read and write fluently in the Thai ethnic language.

Organizing the teaching of ethnic minority languages ​​for cadres and civil servants working in ethnic and mountainous areas is a major policy of the Party, aiming to preserve and promote national cultural identity.

After the course, students will not only know how to use the language but also use the Thai writing to preserve the language, promote and enrich traditional cultural values, expand exchanges, promote and introduce the cultural identity of the Thai ethnic group in Tan Ky district in particular and in Nghe An province in general.
