Strengthening security at medical facilities in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Public Security and Health sectors agreed to continue to effectively maintain the movement of the entire people to protect national security, while resolutely investigating and strictly handling acts of assault, physical abuse, and insulting the honor and dignity of medical staff.
On the afternoon of December 27, the Provincial Police and the Department of Health held a conference to review the implementation of the coordination regulations on ensuring security and order in the health sector.
Evaluation of coordination work shows that after 5 years of implementing the coordination regulations, the Provincial Police and the Department of Health have been proactive and done well in grasping the situation and exchanging relevant information to serve the fight against all types of crimes and violations of laws related to the health sector. During the implementation of the regulations, the two sectors have focused on directing many effective policies and solutions to ensure security and order in the health sector.
Leaders of the two sectors also pay attention to directing the coordination, prevention and effective fight against illegal activities. Cases are resolved promptly, not allowing complications to arise.

In recent times, many medical facilities have built and maintained a number of self-management models for protecting national security at medical facilities, ensuring traffic order in front of hospital gates and medical facilities in the province.
