Strengthening propaganda work for Party congresses at all levels

From February 25 to February 28, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department led by Comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee worked with 6 District Party Committees: Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, Anh Son, Tan Ky, Thanh Chuong to listen to the situation of propaganda work and political center activities in the past time, and direct and urge the implementation of key tasks in 2020. The report on the results of propaganda work and political center activities in the districts shows that the results achieved are quite comprehensive, especially the dissemination and implementation of the Party's directives and resolutions that have soon entered into practical life; scientific and educational work has been taken care of, contributing to strengthening the timely leadership and direction of the Party Committee in the fields of health, education, science and technology, resources, environment, culture and sports; the work of grasping information and providing and orienting information has been focused on, making cadres, party members and people of all walks of life increasingly in consensus, solidarity and trust in the leadership and management of the Party Committees and authorities at all levels, creating momentum for socio-economic development, ensuring political security and social order and safety in mountainous districts, especially remote areas, bordering Laos.

The activities of the district-level political center are increasingly becoming more organized, the quality is increasingly improved, the apparatus is increasingly streamlined and effective, especially since the implementation of the policy of the Head of the Propaganda Department concurrently being the Director of the district political center.

In his concluding remarks at the working sessions, comrade Kha Van Tam emphasized that in 2020, there are many important political events, especially the year of Party congresses at all levels, the 19th Provincial Party Congress, leading up to the 13th National Party Congress, so the Propaganda Department at all levels needs to proactively advise the Party Committee to closely follow the events to organize propaganda and education work well, becoming a widespread political activity among the masses; participate in building truly profound and quality Party congress documents at all levels to draw lessons and set out breakthrough goals, tasks and solutions in the coming term; grasp the ideological situation and public opinion related to the organization of the congress to advise the Party Committee to promptly handle and proactively and effectively combat the distorted views and arguments of hostile forces against the congress; continue to innovate in studying and thoroughly grasping the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels in a truly serious and quality manner.

Effectively implement Regulation No. 208-QD/TW dated November 8, 2019 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of district-level political centers in the direction of elevating the position and role of the Political Center to truly become a district-level "Party School" under the direct and comprehensive leadership and direction of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee.

Acknowledging the achievements of propaganda, training and fostering cadres in the past time of localities, comrade Le Thi Hoai Chung requested the Propaganda Department to proactively advise and direct coordination to do well in propaganda work, organize activities to celebrate major holidays and Party congresses at all levels.

At the same time, improve the quality of the Political Center's operations, continue to innovate and improve the quality of training and fostering; promote the capacity and qualifications of the teaching staff and part-time lecturers; increase investment in facilities to meet the requirements and tasks of teaching and learning political theory at the grassroots level.
