On the afternoon of March 19, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Provincial Agencies' Party Committee held a conference to evaluate the results of implementing the Coordination Regulations. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies have also coordinated to direct grassroots Party committees to lead departments, branches and sectors to develop a project to implement resolutions, plans and projects of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.
The two units also continue to coordinate and advise on the implementation of Central resolutions on Party building work and review and supplement the planning of leaders, managers, and Party committee officials at all levels; provide guidance on determining job positions, standards, and titles in accordance with the functions and tasks of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc;...

At the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee Nguyen Nam Dinh discussed a number of key issues that the two units need to strengthen coordination, especially in implementing Regulation No. 08 - QD/TW on the responsibility of setting an example for cadres and party members. It is necessary to promptly commend exemplary examples, remind individuals who have not performed well and strictly handle violations.
Concluding the meeting, comrade Ho Phuc Hop assessed that in the 13 years of signing the coordination regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Provincial Agencies' Party Committee have proactively exchanged and provided complete information so that the coordination work can be seriously and effectively implemented according to the set criteria.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board suggested that it is necessary to continue to improve the effectiveness of coordination in implementing programs, projects, and resolutions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, especially in Party building work, especially Party building organization work.

The two units also need to continue to improve the quality of cadres and party members in provincial departments, branches, sectors, fronts and mass organizations with grassroots party organizations under the Provincial Agencies Party Committee.
Along with that, comrade Ho Phuc Hop suggested that the two units coordinate better in advising, directing, implementing training, fostering cadres and evaluating cadres before planning, introducing elections and appointments.
Based on the requirements of the tasks in the new situation, the two units agreed on the Coordination Program in 2019 with 6 key tasks, emphasizing the work of advising and directing the preparation of Party congresses at all levels towards the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025; implementing the Central and Provincial resolutions on Party building organization; urging the implementation of Party building tasks of provincial departments, branches, sectors and organizations.
