Delegates attending the conference were informed of the new points of Decree No. 46/2016/ND-CP dated May 26, 2016 regulating administrative sanctions in the field of road and railway traffic. Accordingly, Decree 46 stipulates increased penalties for administrative violations in the field of road and railway traffic compared to the old penalties.
