Con Cuong District Party Committee Leadership DelegationThe delegation, led by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, visited and presented gifts to outstanding policy families and families in difficult circumstances in Chi Khe commune and Con Cuong town.

In Chi Khe commune, the delegation visited Mr. Nguyen Van Tao, a 4/4 war invalid, in Thuy Khe village and Mr. Le Van Chau, the father of a martyr in Tien Thanh village. The delegation also visited Mr. Nguyen Anh Trong in block 4 of Con Cong town, a subject infected with toxic chemicals and Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai, a 2/4 war invalid, in block 7. At the places visited, the delegation presented gifts worth 550,000 VND.

This time, Con Cuong district established 7 delegations to visit and give gifts to 22 typical policy families in the district.

Quy Hop District Youth UnionnestOrganized a volunteer program to examine, consult, give medicine, cut hair for free and give gifts to 280 people in Lien Hop commune.

In one day, nearly 200 people, including families of policy beneficiaries, war invalids, sick soldiers, meritorious people and poor households in Lien Hop commune, were examined and given free medicine. In addition to examining and giving free medicine, the team of doctors advised and guided people to proactively prevent and fight common diseases such as respiratory, cardiovascular, bone and joint diseases, etc., while also promoting environmental sanitation, ensuring food safety and hygiene, preventing epidemics, and taking care of health for themselves, their families and the community in remote areas.

In addition to medical examination and medicine provision activities, Quy Hop District Youth Union also presented 10 gifts to policy beneficiaries... The total value of cash, medicine and gifts was nearly 15 million VND. Along with the above activities, the Youth Union members also organized free haircuts for 80 elderly men, women and children in Lien Hop commune.

The house of gratitude has an area of ​​60m2, a level 4 house structure, including 3 solid rooms with a total cost of nearly 80 million VND. Of which, the District Women's Union donated 20 million VND, the Commune Women's Union supported working days and goods, the remaining amount was contributed by family and relatives.

The movement to build "Shelters of Love" for poor female members demonstrates the sense of responsibility of the Women's Union at all levels, helping poor female members to gradually overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

Vinh City Jeep ClubOrganized a visit and gave gifts to wounded soldiers being treated at the provincial War Invalids Nursing Center with a value of 15 million VND (of which, the club members themselves donated 10 million VND and the Honda Duc An store system donated 5 million VND).

The gift shows the gratitude of the members of the Vinh City Jeep Club to the wounded soldiers who lost a part of their body in the struggle for national reunification and independence.

War invalid Ho Ngoc Nho is now 71 years old and has lost 59% of his health. The commune's policy family is in a particularly difficult situation. Due to limited economic conditions, his family has had to live in a dilapidated, leaky level 4 house for many years without the ability to repair it. In that situation, he was supported by the Aerospace Institute under the Viettel Military Industry and Telecommunications Group with 70 million VND to build a new house. After receiving this financial support, Mr. Nho plans to borrow more from his brothers and friends to build a new 3-room house, worth about 300 million VND. Quynh Nghia locality will mobilize mass organizations to contribute labor days to help him speed up the construction of the house so that it can be put into use soon.
