Giving gifts from the Central Fund "For the Poor" to poor students in mountainous areas of Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 20, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs coordinated with the People's Committees of Quy Chau and Ky Son districts to organize the gift-giving ceremony of the Central "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee to support poor children in mountainous areas and ethnic minorities in difficult circumstances in the area.

*At Ky SonThe delegation presented gifts to poor students in 4 communes: Pha Danh, Ta Ca, Huoi Tu, Muong Long; each commune received 50 gifts, each worth 500 thousand VND.
The total gift value of 100 million VND was allocated by the Central "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee to support poor children in especially disadvantaged communes in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

*In Quy Chau, the delegation presented 200 gifts including warm blankets, warm clothes, and warm socks to disadvantaged students of kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools in Chau Hanh and Chau Thang communes (100 gifts per commune). The total value of the gifts is 100 million VND.
