According to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, in the process of organizing meetings with voters for candidates for the National Assembly and candidates for the People's Council, in the process of chairing and directing the meetings, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the level organizing the meeting with voters needs to pay attention to creating a democratic and open atmosphere; avoid pressure but also not discuss beyond the purpose and requirements of the meeting and meeting.

Candidates for district-level People's Council deputies have the opportunity to meet widely with voters in each commune, ward and town of the constituency. Candidates for commune-level People's Councils have the opportunity to meet widely with voters in each hamlet, village, hamlet, village, residential group and block of the constituency.

The time for organizing meetings with voters for candidates to campaign for the election is from the date of announcement of the official list of candidates, April 27, and ends 24 hours before the start of voting, before 7:00 a.m. on May 21.

After the voter contact conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee synthesizes a report on the organization of the voter contact conference to campaign for the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3, Article 66 of the Law on the Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies and immediately sends a report synthesizing voters' opinions and recommendations to the Party, the State and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to promptly synthesize and report on voters' and people's opinions and recommendations at the first session of the 14th National Assembly./.
