Training in physical education and sports according to the new rural construction program

(Baonghean.vn) - From February 28 to March 2, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the General Department of Sports and Physical Training to organize a professional training course for officials, civil servants, and sports collaborators in the province according to the new rural construction program.

The training course imparted to trainees the following topics: Policies and guidelines of the Party and State on physical education and sports; Plans and instructions for the 8th Nghe An Provincial Sports Congress in 2018 and Basic Physical Education and Sports in the New Rural Development Program. In addition, during the training, trainees visited a model in Kim Lien New Rural Development Commune (Nam Dan).

The training program will contribute to further training for the team of cadres, civil servants, and collaborators in the province in experience and knowledge to better organize sports activities at the grassroots level; organize the 8th Nghe An Provincial Sports Festival; and do a good job of advising the Party Committee and government on investing funds to complete infrastructure to serve the sports practice of rural people according to the criteria of the new rural construction program.
