Training on document drafting and financial work to serve the Trade Union Congresses at all levels
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 26, the Provincial Federation of Labor held a training conference on organizing trade union congresses at all levels towards the 19th Nghe An Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028.
Attending the conference were comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and union officials of the Provincial Labor Federation, Labor Federations of districts, cities, industry unions and grassroots unions under the Provincial Labor Federation.

To prepare all aspects for the organizationtrade union congresses at all levelsMoving towards the 19th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, term 2023-2028, the conference thoroughly grasped and deployed the work of building Congress documents.
Accordingly, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation pointed out 12 key contents that need to be further elaborated and clarified when included in the political report submitted to the congress. In addition, the reports need to point out the results, limitations, and experiences in the past term, and build goals, directions, and tasks in the new term according to the groups of issues.subject

In addition, the conference also deployed financial training, providing specific instructions on spending regimes for organizing trade union congresses at all levels according to the regulations of the General Confederation of Labor, in accordance with financial resources at each level and each unit.
After the training, delegates had lively discussions and exchanges related to the congress topics, building subcommittees, financial work, drafting reports... and were guided and answered satisfactorily.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Kha Van Tam affirmed the importance of the conference in preparing for the congress, acknowledging the serious and full participation of the delegates. At the same time, the head of Nghe An Trade Union requested that all levels of trade unions carefully study the documents and instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor during the preparation process. In addition to focusing resources on trade union congresses at all levels, units also need to continue to care for union members and workers.
