In addition to purchasing enough for Party cells, some Party Committees have also allocated funds to purchase more for positions, heads of sectors and Standing Committee members such as: Quynh Thanh Party Committee; Quynh Tan; Quynh Hoa, An Hoa, Quynh Hong, Quynh Tho, Quynh Luu General Hospital... In addition, the District Party Committee has also purchased and issued 27 issues to retired Standing Committee members of the District Party Committee through different periods.

However, some units have not seriously implemented the instructions of their superiors, leading to a decline in the district's performance, from being at the top to now being ranked above good units.

At the meeting, the working group proposed to the leaders of Quynh Luu district solutions to improve the effectiveness of the distribution and use of Party newspapers in the coming time.
