Previously, after many times of persuasion and dialogue, workers and the Board of Directors could not reach a consensus. The trade union was timely, persistent, and closely followed up to negotiate on the basis of mutual benefit. By the afternoon of February 12, the working group of the Provincial Federation of Labor led by Vice Chairman Nguyen Chi Cong had successfully negotiated. Viet Glory Company Limited agreed to increase the basic salary for workers by 6%. This was also the last request of the workers and the most difficult request to resolve.
