After identifying the situation of the sunken fishing boat hovering on the water surface, on April 6, the fishing boat of fisherman Hoang Van Khuyen, with registration number TS NA 90112, moved from Con Lach, combined with two fishing boats NA 905 13 TS and fishing boat NA 93491 TS captained by fishermen Phan Thanh Tuan and Nguyen Van Bac, who were operating from Co To Island, Quang Ninh, to the area of the accident, and approached the boat NA 90427 of Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy.
