Pounding rice cake is a hard job that requires a lot of strength and technique. Therefore, the people who participate in pounding the cake are usually strong men and young people. Each time, 2 people pound, when they get tired, they switch to 2 other people. The more carefully pounded, the more flexible, delicious and long-lasting the cake will be. Photo: Hien Chuong |
