Made with state-of-the-art technology, these eco-friendly disposable yogurt spoons take only about 6 months (when exposed to soil, microorganisms and soil moisture or buried) to completely biodegrade, forming CO2, water and humus nutrients for the soil, limiting the production of harmful components for the environment. That is an impressive number when compared to the hundreds of years of decomposition time of conventional PE plastic.

On the other hand, the production process of this type of spoon also consumes less energy and emits lower greenhouse gases than conventional plastic.
