At 11:10 p.m. on July 17, the grocery store of Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh's family (in Phuong Ky I hamlet, Ky Son commune) caught fire, burning all the goods, causing an estimated loss of nearly 1 billion VND. This store was rented by Ms. Oanh from Mr. Bui Xuan Ly's family in block 7, Tan Ky town for business.
