Visit, encourage and support the family of the victim of the gas explosion accident in Laos
(Baonghean.vn) - After hearing the news of the gas explosion accident at the Nam Nghiep 1 hydropower plant in Hat Dun village, Bo Ly Khan district, Bo Ly Kham Xay province (Laos), the provincial Red Cross visited the families of the victims.
On the afternoon of July 30, Nghe An Red Cross Society coordinated with Thanh Chuong District Red Cross Society to visit and give gifts to families whose relatives died in Laos.

The oxygen tank explosion at the Nam Nghiep 1 hydropower project in Bolikhamxay province (Laos) on July 28 killed six Vietnamese workers on the spot, including five from Nghe An. Thanh Chuong district alone had three people killed: Ha Cao Ky (born in 1993) in Truong Long hamlet, Thanh Tung commune, Nguyen Van Phuong (born in 1991) in hamlet 8, Thanh Thinh commune, and Tran Van Sang (born in 1989) in hamlet 4, Thanh Khe commune.

Present at the families of deceased children, the delegation visited, encouraged and gave gifts to support each family with 1 million VND.
For the two families with relatives Gia Ba Lau (born 1985) in Hop Thanh village, Xa Luong commune (Tuong Duong) and Va Xai Co (born 1983) in Truong Son village, Nam Can commune (Ky Son), Nghe An Red Cross Society will authorize the Red Cross Societies of the districts to visit and give gifts.
