(Baonghean.vn) - On November 12, representatives of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee visited and encouraged the families of victims who died in traffic accidents.
In Nghia Dan district,The delegation visited and encouraged the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy (Tan Khanh hamlet, Nghia Khanh commune) whose husband died in a traffic accident in 2003 and her third child drowned in 2014. She alone worked in the fields to raise her two sons.

The family of Mr. Vi Van Minh, a Thai ethnic in Ap Bong hamlet, Nghia Loc commune, lost his wife in a traffic accident, leaving behind two young children. His family is poor and has a difficult life. And the family of Ms. Dao Thi Ngon (Nam Loc hamlet, Nghia Long commune) lost her husband in a traffic accident. Her husband died when her eldest child was only 5 years old, she alone worked hard to raise two young children, one of the poor households in the commune.

Visiting the families of victims who died in traffic accidents, the working group kindly encouraged and shared the loss and pain with the families of the victims; encouraged the families to try to overcome the pain to continue to rise up and stabilize their lives. At the same time, they requested the local authorities to strengthen propaganda and remind people to comply with the Traffic Safety Law. This is an activity in response to the "World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims" in 2015.
On the same day, a working delegation of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee led by Lieutenant Colonel Phan Duc Hai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, Deputy Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee visited and presented gifts to the families of traffic accident victims in Con Cuong district.
The victims include: Ms. Ngan Thi Quy in Dong Tien village, Lang Khe commune; Mr. Dinh Tho Diep in block 6, Con Cuong town and Ms. Ngo Thi Tuyet Dieu in block 5, Con Cuong town. These are cases of serious injuries due to traffic accidents leading to loss of working capacity or difficult circumstances.

In May 2011, while riding a motorbike on National Highway 7 from Con Cuong town to Lang Khe commune, at Doc Cho section, Ms. Quy fell off her motorbike and was run over by a truck, losing both legs and has been bedridden ever since. |

The delegation presented gifts to Ms. Ngo Thi Tuyet Dieu in Block 5, Con Cuong Town. Ms. Dieu had a traffic accident in 2013 when she collided with a motorbike going in the opposite direction, causing a facial injury. Since then, she has had many difficulties in finding a job and starting a family. |
At the families visited, leaders of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee shared and encouraged relatives of traffic accident victims to overcome loss, overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and gave each family a gift worth 2 million VND.
