Realizing the important role and significance of developing new party members in consolidating and building a strong party, in recent years, party committees at all levels in Thanh Chuong have paid attention to this work; considering it a regular task of party committees at all levels.

Accordingly, Thanh Chuong District Party Committee has many solutions to increase the number of party members admitted annually, such as assigning targets to each party cell to admit at least one new party member each year.

In 2015, the district admitted 323 new party members, including 235 rural party members; 46 administrative and career party members; 5 armed forces party members; 37 student party members; 11 ethnic minority party members. In the first two months of 2016 alone, the district admitted 58 new party members.
