VPF is taking steps to soon apply VAR technology in some matches of the 2023 season.

With guidance and active support from FIFA, the final steps for VAR to be officially operated in the national professional football tournament system are being carried out by VPF.

In order for referees to gradually get used to VAR technology, based on recommendations from FIFA, in the first phase, VPF Company will select about 3 to 5 matches at Night Wolf V-League 1-2023 to operate matches with VAR.

Matches that are not related to the championship or promotion/relegation will be selected.
