Young man without a driver's license, borrowed a car to drive and then caused an accident that tragically killed a father and son
Bui Van Nam, 30 years old, while driving a car on Highway 3C, hit and killed a father and son riding a motorbike in the opposite lane.
A representative of the Thai Nguyen Province Traffic Safety Committee said Nam did not have a driver’s license. That day, the suspect borrowed a car, drove it to the restaurant opening and on the way back caused an accident.

At about 12:40 on November 29, Nam was traveling on National Highway 3C from Bac Kan to Thai Nguyen. At Km18+900 in Trung Tam residential group, Cho Chu town, the car crossed into the lane.counterclockwise.
At 9:00 a.m. on November 30, Nam appeared, after many hours of leaving the scene.
