Nghe An youth have high expectations for the national youth festival.
(Baonghean.vn) - The 12th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2022-2027, took place in mid-December in Hanoi. The Nghe An delegation, consisting of 16 delegates, attended the Congress, expressing many wishes, beliefs and hopes for this important political event of Vietnamese youth.
