French youth sets up drug factory in luxury apartment
Renting two luxury apartments, a 27-year-old Vietnamese man and his accomplices manufactured and produced more than 20,000 drug pills each night.

Initially, Quoc Anh Phillip confessed to using drug powder to prepare and force members to supply to drug users in Ho Chi Minh City. As long as the agents place an order, any type or quantity, this group can complete it in a short time.
Every night, Quoc Anh Phillip’s two factories produce about 20,000 ecstasy pills and other powdered and crystal meth. Ecstasy pills are sold to users for 200,000 VND.
Currently, the Ministry of Public Security is coordinating with Ho Chi Minh City Police to expand the investigation.
