Vinh City commends 14 skillful mass mobilization models
(Baonghean.vn) -On October 13, Vinh City Party Committee held a conference to review the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" in 2016.
In 2016, the Steering Committee for the implementation of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement in Vinh city launched and assigned tasks to members, and developed detailed implementation plans for each month and quarter. Accordingly, 25/25 wards and communes, 6 mass organizations, police and military forces registered 64 "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models at the city level; 75% of grassroots units registered and agreed to compete to implement 795 "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models.

At the conference, Vinh City Party Committee recognized and commended 14 models and typical examples of skillful mass mobilization in 2016. The skillful mass mobilization emulation movement in the fields of socio-economics, national defense and security, urban management, environmental protection, etc. has contributed to promoting the socio-economic development of Vinh City in the first 9 months of the year.
On this occasion, 14 ward and commune party committees were awarded certificates of merit for their outstanding achievements in the 2016 emulation movement.
