Vinh City bans many important routes

(Baonghean.vn)- Ho Tung Mau, Le Hong Phong, and Truong Thi streets will be closed to serve the art program "Young Aspiration 10 - Faith for Uncle Ho" from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on October 9, 2016.

Considering the request of the Provincial Police in Official Dispatch No. 2389/CAT-PC67 dated October 7, 2016 on road closure to ensure security and order during the art program "Young Aspiration 10 - Faith for Uncle Ho", location: At Ho Chi Minh Square - Vinh City.

To ensure security, order and traffic safety during the Art Program, the Provincial People's Committee allows traffic diversion and partial road closure on the following routes:

All vehicles (except service vehicles and vehicles of delegates attending the Art Program) are prohibited from entering Truong Thi, Ho Tung Mau and Nguyen Van Cu streets (from the intersection between Nguyen Van Cu and Ho Tung Mau streets to the intersection between Nguyen Van Cu and Le Hong Phong streets).

Time of road closure: from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on October 9, 2016.

The Provincial Police preside over and coordinate with the Department of Transport and Vinh City People's Committee to develop plans and organize traffic flow and regulation to ensure safety and smoothness before and during the organization of the above activities.
