(Baonghean.vn) - To welcome the new week, right on the school yard after the flag-raising ceremony, teachers and students of Hermann Gmeiner Vinh High School all danced together to youthful, vibrant rhythms.
The program "School Dance" was initiated by Mr. Phan Xuan Huynh, the school's principal, and is held every Monday. Teachers and students dance together, creating a fresh atmosphere that is enthusiastically welcomed and participated in by the students.

Teacher Pham Thi Hang said that the idea for this program came from the annual art performances on November 20th, when only a few students in the art team participated and the others did not participate in any activities, so the school decided to pilot the program so that all students could participate and express themselves. On the other hand, this is also a way to train students to be bold in communication - one of the important factors in life skills education, creating a spirit of solidarity and youthfulness throughout the school.
To make the dance program effective, the school hired a dance teacher for the first three sessions, then the students studied on their own. Principal Phan Xuan Huynh himself, along with teachers in the school board, and teachers also danced with the students, creating an exciting, joyful, and harmonious atmosphere among the grades, classes, and between teachers and students.
It is known that this effective extracurricular activity will be maintained until the end of this school year and reviewed, expanded, and maintained in the following years.
On November 18, the school will organize a group dance to the bong bong bang bang for primary and secondary schools and the cha cha cha for high schools.
