Seeing his mother being beaten, 16-year-old boy kills someone on Mid-Autumn Festival night

On September 15, the Investigation Police Agency of Tra Vinh Province temporarily detained Nguyen Huynh Huu Loc (16 years old, living in Son Trang Hamlet, temporarily residing in Dua Do 2 Hamlet, Nhi Long Phu Commune, Cang Long District) to investigate the act of Murder.

According to the police, on the evening of September 14, Huu Loc and his younger brother went to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival in Nhi Long Phu commune. On the way home, Huu Loc met Tran Thanh Loc (22 years old), Nguyen Tien Giang (23 years old) and some other people drinking in Son Trang hamlet.

Because they knew each other, Huu Loc stopped by to say hello before going home. At around 10pm, Tran Thanh Loc and Giang came to Huu Loc's house and knocked on the door, demanding to talk. It was too late, so Huynh Thi Thuy (Huu Loc's mother) refused. A while later, Tran Thanh Loc and Giang continued to knock on the door.

Seeing that, Ms. Thuy stepped out to ask what happened and was beaten by these two people. Huu Loc, who was inside the house, saw his mother being beaten and ran to the back to get a knife and stabbed Tran Thanh Loc, injuring Giang.

Police conducted a crime scene investigation.

After running for a while, Tran Thanh Loc died, and Giang fainted and was taken to the emergency room.

After committing the crime, Nguyen Huynh Huu Loc turned himself in to the police, admitted his actions and said that he was upset about his biological mother being beaten and caused the incident.
