Replacing members of the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform
Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh has just signed Decision No. 460/QD-TTg changing the members of the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform.
Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh - Deputy Minister of Justice is a member of the Steering Committee replacing Mr. Nguyen Khanh Ngoc - Deputy Minister of Justice according to work assignment.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Thuong - Deputy Minister of Education and Training is a member of the Steering Committee replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc - Deputy Minister of Education and Training according to work assignment.

According to Decision 442/QD-TTg dated March 28, 2014 of the Prime Minister, the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform is an inter-sectoral coordination organization, with the function of assisting the Prime Minister in researching and directing ministries, branches and localities to implement administrative reform work according to the Government's administrative reform program and plan.
The Steering Committee's mission is to research and propose important policies and solutions to promote the Government's administrative reform work; to give opinions on long-term and annual administrative reform programs and plans submitted by the Ministry of Home Affairs to the Government.
The Steering Committee assists the Prime Minister in directing and coordinating ministries, branches and localities in implementing administrative reform tasks; reviewing the contents of important administrative reform projects of the Government, draft resolutions, decrees of the Government, decisions and directives of the Prime Minister with main contents related to administrative reform before submitting them to the Government and the Prime Minister for consideration and decision.
At the same time, the Steering Committee assists the Prime Minister in urging and inspecting the implementation of the Government's administrative reform programs and plans; the Government's decrees, resolutions, decisions and directives of the Prime Minister related to administrative reform; and assists the Prime Minister in directing the development and replication of advanced models and examples in administrative reform.
