Miss Vietnam contestants hummed the Vi Giam folk song with People's Artist Hong Luu
On the morning of July 17, 38 contestants of the Northern final round had an exchange with People's Artist Hong Luu and learned to sing Nghe Tinh Vi Giam folk songs with the Nghe An Folk Art Troupe.
This morning, after hours of intense practice, 38 contestants of the Northern final round had the opportunity to meet and interact with People's Artist Hong Luu and the Nghe An Folk Art Troupe, and also learned to sing Nghe Tinh Vi Giam.
This can be said to be a rare opportunity for the contestants to enjoy and get acquainted with Nghe Tinh Vi Giam folk songs - recognized by UNESCO as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
People's Artist Hong Luu shared briefly and generally to help the contestants grasp the core and most unique things about Nghe Tinh Vi Giam. Not only explaining, People's Artist Hong Luu also performed Vi Giam melodies with her sweet and skillful voice.

Contestant Vu Huong Giang expressed her interest in the meaning of Vi Giam folk songs in modern life. People's Artist Hong Luu said that in today's life, Vi Giam folk songs are the glue that binds the community together, reminding people of their roots, homeland, and family.
