According to statistics from the Ministry of Education and Training, the total number of candidates registered this year is 1,165,289, an increase of nearly 94,000 compared to 2024. Of which, there are 42,782 independent candidates, accounting for 3.67%.
Candidates must be present at the examination room on time, bring their ID card, and follow the instructions of the invigilator. If they discover any errors in their personal information or lost documents, they must immediately notify the examination site for handling. In particular, candidates who arrive more than 15 minutes late after the test start time will not be allowed to take the exam.

In his speech, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son emphasized that this year's exam takes place in the context of the whole country restructuring the government apparatus, police force and inspectors. Therefore, the organization of the exam must be serious, in accordance with regulations, in the right position, in the right responsibilities and promptly handle incidents.
He emphasized the guiding principle of "4 correct, 3 no, 2 strengthen", especially paying attention to the spirit of "strictness" in handling violations, no leniency, no concealment of incidents.
Exam sites are required to prepare backup plans and be ready to respond to any situation that may arise during the exam. The official exam will take place on June 26-27.
