Quynh Thien is a ward with a large volume of clearance but has implemented it well. Up to now, the ward has 493 households that have signed a commitment not to violate, 52 households have voluntarily dismantled tents, fences, and roofs according to the 24.5m/27m boundary mark. During the enforcement phase, more than 20 people and vehicles such as excavators, cars, etc. went to the violation points every day to enforce and reclaim the sidewalk for pedestrians.
