Return to the village to meet the old autumn
Wading in memories of the white rain
Bamboo village was devastated by the storm
Red snail eggs on the lime wall of grandma's house
The thatched roof leaks, father's hair turns white
The kitchen smoke does not go out of the garden
Flood water at the foot of the bed
The deserted porch suddenly makes me miss those days
Eyes filled with the smoke of the afternoon
The yellow sun sways the hillside sickness
Incense drops fall
Lullaby for parents to live happily forever
Hands spread out to cover falling raindrops
I wish my parents a dry and peaceful place to rest.
Knowing that it won't be long
A little relief from the hard work of the years.
