Accordingly, in the field of labor - wages, the procedure to support employees who temporarily suspend the performance of labor contracts or take unpaid leave due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the processing time is 8 working days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier according to regulations. The dossier is submitted directly or sent by post to the Reception and Results Department - District People's Committee or online via the website:http://ncovi.dichvucong.gov.vn.
Procedures to support employers in borrowing capital to pay for suspension of work for employees who have to stop working due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the processing time is 5 working days from the date of receiving complete and valid documents as prescribed.
The application can be submitted directly or sent by post to the Reception and Result Delivery Department - District People's Committee where the head office or branch, representative office, business location or residence (for business households and individuals) is located.
