Off the coast of the Central region and the central East Sea, the wind will gust to level 7-8; rough seas.

Currently (November 21):The cold air has affected the Central Central region and some places in the South Central region. In the Gulf of Tonkin, there are strong northeast winds of level 7, gusting to level 9.

Forecast:Today (November 21), cold air will operate stably, from tomorrow (November 22) cold air will be strengthened again.

Due to the influence of cold air, there is scattered rain in the Northeast; the North and Central Central regions have moderate to heavy rain, especially the provinces from Quang Binh to Quang Nam have very heavy rain. The northeast wind inland is level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4. In the North, the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue are cold; especially the mountainous and midland areas in the North have places with severe cold, the lowest temperature is commonly 15-18⁰C, mountainous area 13-15⁰C, mountainous areas below 9⁰C.

Hanoi is cold with the lowest temperature in the early morning and at night, commonly 16-18⁰C.

In the Gulf of Tonkin, the sea off the Central Coast and the Central East Sea, there will be strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7-8; rough seas. The North East Sea (including the waters of the Hoang Sa archipelago) will continue to have strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8; rough seas. Waves will be 2.0-3.0m high. Disaster risk level: level 1.
