Forecast: Due to the influence of the low pressure trough that is moving southward with the southwest monsoon gradually strengthening, from this afternoon in the Central Highlands, the South and the provinces of Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain with common rainfall of 40-80mm/24 hours, in some places over 120mm/24 hours. This heavy rain is likely to last until September 16 with the focus of rain in the Southern Central Highlands, the Southeast and Binh Thuan province.
