1.Auction property, starting price:Auctioned assets: Concession of exploitation rights for passenger transport services by taxi at Vinh International Airport for a period of 01 (one) year from August 1, 2018 to July 30, 2019, specifically:

*Position No. 01:01 right to board at the passenger pick-up position south of the domestic arrival terminal. Starting auction price: 45,000,000 VND/right to board at the passenger pick-up position/month.

*Position No. 02:01 right to board at the passenger pick-up position south of the domestic arrival terminal (after position number 1). Starting auction price: 45,000,000 VND/right to board at the passenger pick-up position/month.

2.Time to start organizing selection:July 18, 2018.

3.Contract performance period:starting from 01/08/2018.

- July 26, 2018: Announcement of preliminary results; Send invitation to participate in the auction.

- July 26 - 27, 2018: Bidders purchase auction documents, register to participate, and pay deposit. (Morning from 7:30 am to 11:00 am; Afternoon from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm)

- 9:00 a.m. July 28, 2018: Auction.

- July 30 - 31, 2018: Signing of franchise contract.
