Notice of competition for design plan to establish Eastern Forest Park Planning of Cua Lo town

The People's Committee of Cua Lo town is the Investor implementing the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 of the Eastern Forest Park of Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province. Pursuant to Decision No. 362/QD-UBND dated February 12, 2020 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on approving the task of the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 of the Eastern Forest Park of Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province, the People's Committee of Cua Lo town organizes a competition to select a detailed planning plan for the above project.

The People's Committee of Cua Lo town respectfully invites domestic and foreign planning consulting organizations and individuals with capacity to participate in the competition for the detailed construction planning plan at a scale of 1/500 for the Eastern Forest Park of Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province with the following contents:

1. Project name: Detailed construction planning at scale 1/500 of the Eastern Park of Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province.

2. Name of the contest organizing unit: People's Committee of Cua Lo town.

3. Project overview:

a. Objective: To build Cua Lo beach to meet the requirements of "Modern, unique, identity, friendly and highly economically efficient", becoming one of the beautiful beaches of the North Central region, to attract tourists to visit, travel, work and entertain, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Cua Lo coastal tourism urban area and Nghe An province. Organizing the space of the tourist area system, tourist attractions suitable to the natural and geographical conditions of each area to ensure the reasonable exploitation of natural resources of the entire coastal area of ​​Cua Lo town. To serve as a basis for promoting and attracting investment projects, managing construction investment in the area.

b. Location and boundary scope: The planning area is located to the East of Binh Minh Street. Belonging to the administrative boundaries of Thu Thuy, Nghi Thu, Nghi Huong and Nghi Hoa wards of Cua Lo town, including 2 specific locations as follows:

Location 1: Area 63.1ha with the following adjacent sides:

- North borders: Lan Chau Island tourist area (crossroad of Nguyen Xi street);

- South: Golf course project park area;

- East: Cua Lo Beach.

- West: Red line boundary west of Binh Minh street.

Location 2: Area 13.1ha with the following adjacent sides:

- North: Golf course project park area;

- South: Cua Hoi Entertainment Area Project (crossroad No. 19);

- East: Cua Lo Beach.

- West: Red line boundary west of Binh Minh street.

* Total planning research area is: 76.2ha.

4. Competition format: The organization selects the optimal solution from at least 03 proposed solutions of planning consulting organizations and individuals with sufficient operational capacity, experience and reputation, and practicing according to current legal regulations.
