Heart-stopping scene: Man carrying little girl precariously balanced on the back of a motorbike.

At 7:00 AM on July 20th, commuters on Nguyen Trai Street, heading from Quan Banh intersection towards the center of Vinh City, witnessed a man driving a motorbike with license plate 38E1-009xx carrying a girl approximately 3 years old.

Notably, instead of having the child sit properly with a safety belt, the man allowed the little girl to stand precariously on the motorcycle seat, tilted sharply to one side, with both hands wrapped around the man's neck. The man, while steering, held the handlebars with one hand and wrapped the other arm around the child's legs.

The scene sent chills down the spines of passersby.In reality, young children lack a full understanding of safety, are restless, and are unpredictable. At that moment, even a small change in direction or acceleration by the driver can cause the child to lose balance and fall.
